Where is Malaysia?

The World Bank's annual report stated that Singapore is the best place to do business, followed by New Zealand and the US. The top 10:

1. Singapore
2. New Zealand
3. USA
4. Hong Kong
5. Denmark
6. UK
7. Canada
8. Ireland
9. Australia
10. Iceland

Throughout the article, there are mentions of other Asian countries like China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia but no Malaysia... despite all the hype about the 9th Malaysian Plan, the Iskandar Development Region (IDR), the Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) and the East Coast Economic Region (ECER). At least we are not at the bottom of the list. That means we are actually quite friendly.
