B&W Bun (Chinese: 包)

I would like to share with you this yummy lotus paste steamed bun that I had over the weekend. I especially like the lotus paste that really tasted like lotus paste and not just insanely sweet like some that you find out there! And it's not those that are more flour than paste. Yes, this one was a lucky find.
