Understanding RSS The Simple Way

I remembered there was a time when a couple of my friends and I were trying to get this other friend (see all names are withheld) to use Google Reader but we failed miserably until now. From Google Reader Blog, I was directed to Common Craft which is featuring "RSS in Plain English". Here is another hope for Google Reader and for our friend... :P Check out the embedded video below:
