The Trunk, The Plants and then Inspiration

I had a good interesting image of it but then it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. Damn, I'm lacking in skill.

I have read somewhere in my small classes they we can make an idea about the age of the tree with their trunk. But I have never watched that.
