According to Star Online Nation, Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Dr Lim Keng Yaik said that some 2.2 million customers owed TM RM1.5bil as of last month while 4.8 million TNB customers owed the utility RM698mil. As for Syabas (water), one million customers owed a total of RM221.2mil.
It is interesting how this could happen...
