The Meaning of "Chee Cheong Kai"

Wow! New discovery! Or just plain ignorance on my part. *SHY!* Petaling Street in Kuala Lumpur (a.k.a. KL's Chinatown) is "Chee Cheong Kai" in Cantonese and it meant "starch factory street"!
