Titbits Issues...

It's bad to read this before Chinese New Year, but since I did, I should share it with all of you (WARNING! Read ahead only if you WANT to spoil your Chinese New Year mood!):
  1. 4 mandarin oranges = 1 plate of rice :O
  2. Blood glucose level will go up if taken too much "yee sang"
  3. Individuals can gain an average of 2kg to 3kg by over-indulging in the two weeks of festivities

  6. "Nian gau" or "kuih bakul" has high carbohydrate content and is very sweet
