Biodegrage 'em Plastics!!!

Looks like a miracle is in the making. Remember how we always read that plastics will never biodegrade and will be in the landfills almost forever? Well, Daniel Burd, a 16-year old teenager, found the right microorganisms that can breakdown plastics! Two bacterias were identified: Sphingomonas and Pseudomonas. Beats me... I have no idea what they are but I am glad he found them. Lets see how things go in the near future now. Check out the links below for more information.
