"Lou Sang", "Lou Hei", 撈起 or Prosperity Toss

Every year during Chinese New Year or the few days (nowadays the few weeks) before, Malaysians that celebrate this festive season will come together and "Lou Sang". During this process, everyone will speak auspicious stuff while using one's chopsticks to mix the ingredients. This dish commonly comprises of colourful stripped vegetables, crispy stuff and raw fish. Hope that gives a rough idea on this.
