Missing Child

Please help to look for this missing child. Her name is Shearwey Ooi Ying Ying and she was missing when her mother (pictured with Shearwey below) left her standing by the car while she went to pay her parking ticket about 100m away. Shearwey went missing on Friday at about 8:15am at Bayan Baru hawker centre in Pulau Pinang.
