Breaking Down Carbon Dioxide The Human Way

During our schooling days we learn that plants perform photosynthesis during the day. This process breaks down CO2. The plants will then release oxygen (O2) and use the carbon to grow. Only a few days ago a friend mentioned to me that it would be great if we can break CO2 and get O2. Well, base on NewScientist.com, it is possible. Some researchers are doing just that by trying to emulate nature's photosynthesis process. How? Check it out here.
