Learnt about this from Jeff Ooi's blog "Screenshots" where he described about Aisya's medical condition called Fraser Syndrome where her eyelids are fused, fingers webbed, hearing impaired and larynx partially shut. Fellow blogger Daphne Ling had alerted him about this.Aisya had undergone a surgery to create eyelids for her from tissue from her lips but the operation failed as the eyelids were fused back together.
