Was in the middle of my shower when my house was hit by power failure. This happened last night when it was really hot and humid. Thought it was just a normal power failure until I was greeted by darkness when driving around to get some air and a drink. This morning, while I was reading The Sun, I discovered the power failure covered a large area such as Damansara and Kelana Jaya.
Now, reading Star Online, there is more information on how massive the failure was: Up to 40,000 homes! Cause is still unknown and there is an apology from the country's electricity provider: Tenaga Nasional Bhd would like to apologise to all its customers for the power supply disruption.
