Shell has acquired 100% of Conoco Jet (M) Sdn Bhd, operator of ProJet retail marketing assets in Malaysia, for an undisclosed sum. This means Shell will have an additional 44 stations and 14 other vacant lands. These will complement Shell's existing 830 petrol stations nationwide. All the Projet stations will be re-branded as Shell stations within 6 months.
