The "Fat Talk"

LiveScience.com published an interesting article titled "Female 'Fat Talk' Mandatory, Study Finds". The article is about women's conversations will always lead to them saying they themselves are fat or some where in those lines. Hope I won't cause any controversy here but I do attest to such a thing. Quite a number, though I will not say ALL (!), of my female friends actually do eventually get into this topic even though we were all talking about something else.

How many of you out there agree or disagree about this?

Agree!! For some of them, dieting is even part of their life!!

it's become a culture. esp for some of us who have not been blessed with high metabolic rates... sigh...

Sigh, high metabolism... but wouldn't that mean burn out faster? So those of us with lower metabolism will last longer and stay cooler? :P
